Maybe that would explain why the game didn't ask authentication when loggin in. Like "Ok, so we know this IP is from this specific server that is used by this app, that in turn is used to reduce the ping from players, so we know it's OK". Is it possible that SEGA knows that IP is used by that specific program to reduce ping a lag in game, and that IP is white-listed? Is it possible that, using the Tokyo server, and assuming everyone uses the same IP:
Hope this helps, ima kill my noob friend for not explaining that!!!! Hope it helps all the addicts who have been in withdrawl over a week like me :)ĮDIT: When your setting up your profile for the game in PingZapper Make sure that you set your server to Tokyo and the connection area you log in from I use Southeast Asia as the option but other people might need other settings so you might need to mess with that. Would post it on reddit too but it takes so long to show my post at the top so if someone wants to do it who knows reddit better lemme know.Įnjoy everyone! Share with all your friends so we can repopulate the game!!! :-P
PINGZAPPER REVIEWS HOW TO
There is no IP block for sure after showing all my friends how to do it and some other people ingame, I was going to post this earlier but my forum account took a little while to active. Ive posting a YouTube video of how to do it. It does not require a sub for it, the trial version works and you do not have the 1 hour limit for the program at all, I found this method through sheer dumb luck.
I figured out a way after the servers were brought back up to log in to PSO2 without a vpn or changing IP but changing the way your connection is routed via Pingzapper but not in the traditional way.
